Financing Option: We also offer a financing option that allows you to break down the total cost of the expedition into five separate payments. These payments are due at 30-day intervals, providing you with the flexibility to manage your finances while securing your place on the expedition. This option includes an additional 3.5% financing fee.
Please note the following terms and conditions regarding our financing option:
a. Initial Deposit: To enroll in the financing option, an initial deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and serves as a commitment to participate in the expedition.
b. Payment Schedule: Following the initial deposit, the remaining balance will be divided into five equal payments. Each payment is due at 30-day intervals from the date of enrollment.

SHAMAYIM LLC, strives to provide the best possible experience for our attendees. In order to do so, it is important that we receive timely payments.
If you are unable to make payment on time, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss a payment plan or other arrangements. However, if payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the following late payment policy will apply:
A late fee of $250 will be applied to all payments received after the due date.
If the payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, the attendee forfeits their placement on the expedition.
In such cases, the attendee will not receive a refund for any previous payments made towards the expedition.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make every effort to work with attendees to find a solution. However, it is important that all attendees comply with our payment policy to ensure that we can continue to provide quality services to all.

Referral Details:
For each confirmed attendee you recommend who registers and joins the expedition, you will receive a discount of $150 off your final expedition rate.
The referral discount applies to primary attendees who register and attend the expedition.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. The more people you refer, the more potential discounts you can earn.
The referred attendees must mention your name or unique referral code during the registration process for the discount to be valid.
Referrals can be made at any time during the registration period leading up to the expedition start date.
How to Make Referrals:
Share your unique referral code or inform the referred attendees to mention your name during the registration process.

Remind the referred attendees to provide your name or unique referral code when they register to ensure you receive the referral discount.
Redemption of Referral Discounts:

The referral discount of $150 will be applied to your final expedition rate.
If you have multiple referrals, the discounts will be accumulated and deducted from your final expedition rate accordingly.
The referral discounts cannot exceed the total cost of your expedition rate. Any excess discounts will not be carried forward or refunded.
